Paying privately
Care at home, starting this week.
No waiting list, no referral, no case worker. Tell us what your mom, dad or loved one needs and we will have a caregiver at the door — often within a few days.
Free visit. No obligation, and no salesperson.

You choose the hours
Four hours a week or around the clock. Mornings only, or overnight so somebody sleeps in the house. You are not buying a package.
You meet the caregiver first
We match on temperament as well as skill, and if it is not right we change it. Nobody is stuck with a stranger they did not choose.
A price you are told up front
One hourly rate, agreed before anyone starts. No assessment fee, no minimum contract, no charge for the first visit.
The same face, not a rota
Consistency is most of the value of home care. We staff for it deliberately rather than sending whoever is free.
What happens after you get in touch
A conversation, not a sales call
Ten minutes on the phone. What is going on, who needs help, how urgent it is. If we are not the right answer we will say so.
A free visit at home
We come to the house, meet them, walk the rooms and write a plan. Nothing is charged for this and nothing is signed on the day.
Care starts
Usually within a few days. You meet the caregiver first, and if the fit is wrong we change it.
What people ask before they call
- How quickly can someone start?
- Usually within a few days of the first visit, and sometimes the next day. Tell us it is urgent and we will say honestly whether we can cover it.
- What does it cost?
- One hourly rate, quoted on the first call once we know the hours and the level of help. No assessment fee and no minimum term.
- What if they refuse help?
- Common, and we plan for it. The first visit is often just company and a conversation rather than personal care — the rest follows once they have decided they like the person.
What we would actually be doing

Personal care assistance
Bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming, done in a way that keeps their dignity intact.

Dementia & Alzheimer’s care
Caregivers who understand repetition, sundowning and refusal, and do not take any of it personally.

Companionship
Conversation, games, reading, a walk. Loneliness does measurable harm and this is the treatment for it.
Tell us what is going on. We will tell you what is possible.
No cost for the call or the visit, and nobody will pressure you into anything.
